Author Guidelines

The aim of the journal:

The aim of the journal is to publish papers from scientific disciplines covering the Measurement science with an orientation toward:

  • Theory of measurement,
  • Measurement of physical quantities,
  • Measurement in biomedicine.

Instructions for the manuscript:

You can submit your paper for the MEASUREMENT SCIENCE REVIEW (MSR) online journal  in format Microsoft Word ( .docx ), or LaTeX. The templates provide starting point and detailed guidelines for preparing papers. Read them carefully.

Maximum 10 pages A4, including title, name(s), affiliation, fax and/or e-mail address, in camera-ready form, margins top and bottom: 2,5 cm, 2 column format. All margins and column widths are built-in in the template; do not alter them.
Papers shorter as 3 pages will be accepted as "Short Communication".

A typing size of 18 points for title, 12 points for list of authors, 9 points for the Abstract,  Keywords and captions for objects, e.g.  Figures, Tables, Graphs, Equations, 8 points for the Notes under Tables and 10 points for the text is requested. If you are using Microsoft Word (.docx) you should format your paper using the predefined styles (starting with “m_...”) prepared in the template.

The templates provide various examples how to format texts and how to place objects in your paper.
